Developed by scientists and doctors using NASA spacesuit concepts, Game Ready® wraps feature our unique ATX Technology (Active Temperature Exchange) to facilitate the highly efficient transfer of heat from the injury to the ice reservoir.

With conventional cryotherapy such as ice and gel packs, the cold source lays statically over the injury site, quickly becoming ineffective as it absorbs the body's heat. To the contrary, ATX wraps actively draw heat away from the injury by continuously replenishing cold water drawn from the ice reservoir. The water that has been warmed as it traveled over the injury site is then carried back to the ice reservoir in a highly efficient thermal exchange.
